Congrats to Adam Brookes and his Floor Hockey Team for becoming official members of Team Canada and getting to represent our country at the 2013 Special Olympic WORLD Games in PyeongChang, Korea !!
Adam Brookes, my grandson, who lives in Newmarket, whose team won gold in Edmonton last month in Special Olympics will be going to Korea in 2013 for World Olympics as Team Canada.
I will have more to tell in the next couple of days about how they will have to train and prepare to compete.
Suffice to say , Adam makes me proud to be his grandmother.
