I wish the comparisons to the Library Board would stop. You are comparing apples to comquats.

The Library functions and exists under Provincial legislation. The ACC or Horticulture Society or whatever are vastly different.

As a Library Board member, Ms Buck should know better.

I do know better.
I have very recently explained differences between the Culture Centre Board  and the Library Board.
