Verboten

In any instance  of the Town being involved in litigation, Councillors are  required  not to  comment on the subject.  All communications are confidential between the  legal department and Council.

I understand the Aurora Citizen is up and running and open for comment on the issue.

I will refrain from publishing comments  at this time.

It can be taken as read ,I am not without opinion in the matter.

I just can't talk about it.

Thank you for your understanding.

  1. Okay, understandably, you can't comment - but why can't we?

  2. 11:11am.... because you lot get out of control with innuendo and hyperbole. Next thing you know you have a gallows built on the Town Hall parking lot

  3. I would dearly love to be a tiny big-eared deer mouse nestled in your pocket at the closed sessions. It feels good to not have a horse in this particular race. The town is insured & I think has the advantage. And I don't care how much money Herself has to spend on lawyers.

  5. None of this matters at all. What does matter is that the Morris Council was decimated by the electorate & that they did not represent the town after that date. Period. She can argue her head off.

Nah. We really don't care. It's all academic. Where is your sense of humour?

  7. Possibly the town can levy a charge, a fee, for the space she occupies, the air she breathes, the trash that she creates as a part of her daily existence.

If it were up to me I would contribute to a relocation fund and be rid of her.

Or is this all just a political fundraiser?

Where is Nigel Wright when you need him?

  8. Why is Clr. Ballard not blogging his effusive support for his mistress's latest foray into the legal jungle?

  9. A cat runs in Mexico, a rat dwells in Aurora.
