The twittering has greatly subsided. I do not know if that is a good or bad
sign. The CG should have some great body language tonight which we will
miss at home because of the streaming - or lack of.

  8. Is not the chair supposed to facilitate the meeting and refrain from comment until the next Council ?

  9. This is a council that cannot decide on whether or not to use clear garbage bags ? We were out for the evening & I am just trying to catch up. Has the entire meeting been so confrontational ?

It might not be over. There is some heavy denial. Cllr Humfryes' rigmarole on Council only doing what was " best " for the residents was classic.

  13. To Morrisites, ACM and Hogg are in the 'enemy camp' (i.e. both worked on the 2010 Dawe campaign).

  14. Well, the heck with them. Who would they suggest to moderate - if there is even going to be a debate ?

  17. We live by a major feeder to Yonge and Bathurst. I saw only a single sign while driving the length of it. A Sign of the Times ?

Interesting. Maybe to have a true farmers' market & artisan fair permits should be granted to ONLY food vendors and makers of handmade goods.
