On election night. former Ontario Liberal Finance Minister Dwight Duncan was very sombre. Even as it became obvious his party was winning.
He was panel member on Steve Paikin's program. The Agenda .
Mr Duncan said ...No matter who formed the next governmemt, Ontario faced serious problems.
He confirmed he was talking about the Province's credit rating.
Today's news is that Moody's has moved the Province's rating down to negative.
I think that has an impact on the availability and cost of money .
But I am not an authority.
Maybe somebody out there can throw light on the subject.
