A trial by jury ended but for the Judge's instructions to the 
jury before Christmas 2013.

On a motion by  the defendants' lawyer, the Judge dismissed the jury. 

After subsequent proceedings and additional cost, I was informed the deadline for the decision was December 23rd 
2014.

The deadline has come and gone. 

Silence reigns.

    There has been nothing in the minutes about a closed session on either morris's cost claims or Evelyn's case. Maybe the Mayor does not even know if it falls under micro-management and no one asks .....
