The Ohio judge's ruling allowing seventeen year olds to vote appears not to have helped Senator 

Sanders. Hillary took the State handily. 

This conversation about our neighbours political affairs is beginning to feel natural. Likeitsour business too. 

CNN presents and repeats  and repeats and repeats ....such a cornucopia , it's hard not to have a sense of events. Maybe as much as many Americans.

Fox News scheduled another GOP debate for today. The front runner declares he will not attend. 

Hillary should also give her voice a break from further debates. It is  just about gone. 

Debates  allowed the  Senator to repeat his mantra over and over and pummel  Hillary with innuendo while being the perfect gentleman and professing great respect. But his voice too is failing and he is noticeably slowing down. 

The rigeur of the campaign would be a challenge  for a man half his age. 

It's too much  already and punishing to watch.

Today a table of multi-million dollar figures spent by all parties on campaign advertising was published. 

All over the land , facilities are being rented , people hired, signs and leaflets printed, bus fleets rented  to transport followers to rallies. Such an infusion into the economy must be making a difference.

Bernie argues  his money is different  because it comes from small donations of $27. I wonder if he has to give it to the government if he doesn't use all of it. 

Panels of  political analysts and contributors never heard of before have become familiar faces and  household names. 

Perched  on high stools, imparting selective commentary, on a process they also serve who only sit and watch and by the way, derive a comfortable living and sometimes fame and special awards. 

Chris Christy, Governor of New Jersey, travels with Trump, waiting  for an occasional pat between the ears. 

There's a slight ebb at the moment.The pundits have turned their attention to  polls that show 

Trump is disliked and democratic voters like Senator Sanders better. That comedy line from the Smothers Brothers routine comes to mind. "Mom always liked you best"

It seems odd  to suggest despite winning millions of votes more than the closest rival means the person who knows lots of dirty tricks and is neither trusted nor liked.

 But the media only talk to each other,it's not clear that they listen and  if a sufficient number repeat  an unsubstantiated statement multiple times each day without challenge , it must be true. ...right.

I don't think so.

The media can make or break a candidate. In every debate, Hillary was the only candidate  asked to explain why people don't like her. 

It was the same eight years ago. 

Her  first answer  to the question was the right one.

 "That hurts my feelings" 

Then they commented she "showed her humanity"
