Another Couple of Commercial Operations in a Public Facility.

I just thought of  another  couple of commercial operations going on in a public facility that didn't  make the  property  taxable. 

In the Stronach Recreation Centre, in the summer, a private  hockey school operates from May until  September.

Revenues  are  substantial.The Leisure Servies Director won that contract for the town before the facility  opened. 

We have two private operation swim  clubs using the competitive swim facilities. They've been there since the place opened. Keeping it  from becoming a sink-hole for town funds.
