The media are reported to have little interest in the Duffy decision because Stephen Harper is no longer Prime Minister.
It's not my impression of the public's attention.
The judge's decision with reasons sounding less judicial than accusatory are yet to be explored.

We are not so sophisticated as to sent you a link but the Globe had good coverage which you should be able to get by now.
The Judge was furious at the gov't case. He was also quite clear that dear old Nigel Wright was in it up to his holler-than-thou little ears.
go hunt for it in the Globe and Mail
It is Harper who should have been the subject of an inquiry, not The Egg.
The link was in the Globe and Mail's first reporting of the acquittal.
The entire judicial ruling, each woeful charge totalling 31.
Duffy is now entitled to two years' worth of salary, pension benefits and other Senatorial perks.
Every PMO's has had their scandal. No different than any other political office inclding Provincial, Regional and Municipal. And they all have one thing in common...Nothing happens.
Just read an article in the Star how a poor 18 yr old girl died waiting for a stem cell transplant and they had a donor! She made a video will dying, pleaing for the government to never let this happen again. The billions that governments waste, how can they sleep at night.
Makes one wonder how a Chretien Liberal appointed Senator Raymond Lavigne was found guilty of fraud and served 6 months in jail.
Also, the point about the PMO's office is becoming redundant. Chretien's PMO office scorntook the brunt of for the HRDC Scandal and Adscam.
The guy served only 2 out of the 6 months. Got slapped in the hand with a $10,000 fine to a charity. I know small busibesses that have been slapped by the CRA and WSIB for a hell of a lot more money for infractions of a hell of a lot less.
