"Cowardice asks the question...is it safe? Expediency asks the question...is it politic? Vanity asks the question...is it popular? But conscience asks the question...is it right? And there comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular but one must take it because it is right." ~Dr. Martin Luther King

HAVE WE HAD ENOUGH ?

The point of saturation may have arrived. Sooner for some than others. I freely acknowledge being a political nerd. My obsession is stronger....my endurance longer.

Maybe I made a mistake by paying so much attention to the primaries.i wanted to understand the system and I had time.

I'm not much wiser.

Hillary Clinton loses small white states to Bernie Sanders but beats him hands down in delegates and votes.

The rules are different for each party.

If Republicans had the same rules as Democrats, the outcome would not be as is.

After decades as an Independent Socialist, Bernie Sanders became a Democrat to vie for the Democratic nomination. He brought people out who never voted before. He complains about non-Democrat followers not being allowed to vote. He claims the prize anyway and his surrogates still
hammer away at Hillary determined to do the utmost damage.

Hillary keeps complimenting him for his valuable contribution hoping to win his supporters.

If he doesn't win, 'tis said 25% of his supporters will turn to the Belligerent Republican.

That makes sense, They have both promised Shangrila without actually indicating how it might be achieved.

The bellicose billionaire  paves the path ahead  with banner headlines which he switches at will.
His control of the media is a marionette show with a seriously sinister plot.

The world watches appalled.

American politics are on display like never before.

It's not a pretty sight.

What is truly appalling is that he might win.

Then what?

I'm sure our government will rubber stamp at least 25,000.

Hillary picked up more delegates in Nevada.
I think the Sanders people are losing steam.
There should be a meeting between the 2 remaining candidates in the nearer future than was expected.

It might not be a bad thing if some Americans moved to Canada. At the rate things are going, i doubt if they would be a bunch of gun waving trump supporters.

They can all stay on their own side of the border.

Most of the older one are stuck with post card images of Lakes Louise, Banff and Jasper.
Youngsters might move if things get seriously bad. We managed to absorb the draft dodgers.

We're going to see a mass exodus out of this province if this Liberal government doesn't get their asses kicked out of this province in a couple of years. She has totally lost it with this Climate Change Plan. Destroying Ontario Plan is more like it.

Oregon handled their primary so well. It was done by mail so the intimidation factor did not apply.
