Regarding the comments about the costs. The suit, initiated by Ms Buck is being paid by her and her financial supporters. The defence is paid by the Town's insurance which is paid by the tax payers. No doubt the insurance premiums will go up after this - so the poor tax payer gets screwed again while egos fight in the court room. Most residents have forgotten - if they ever knew - that this thing is even going on. So much has happened since

For the record; legal action was initiated by a group of individuals who  had access to public resources.

My action was taken in defence of my rights and the rights of all citizens.

Whether or not the matter is a tempest in a teapot will be for a judge and a jury to decide.
