who noticed that the Council meeting was not being televised? Did no one at home
think to check? The meeting had its moments but we are forced to wait until you
and Rogers decide that we may view it.

Members received an e-mail from Rogers a couple of weeks ago saying Council's meeting on November 27th, would not be shown on that date.
Staff are not responsible for Rogers taping the meeting.
There was a technologist in the little cubby behind the chamber, controlling the cameras last night.
So, the meeting has been taped.
Something else took its place in the televised programming last night.
That's a decision Rogers made and notified us in advance.
I should have mentioned it.
Sorry!

They don't get off that easily. There could be a notice on the Agenda that the program will not be televised. Simple and not costly.
Why they figured Aurorans would be interested in watching a Newmarket high school football team rather than their own Town Council, I have no idea. (Although, I am glad that Huron Heights beat Rob Ford's Don Bosco)
The council meeting was tape-delayed until 6 AM this morning.
